Cream Tart

1: In a bowl, combine softened butter and sugar; mix until creamy.

2: Add the egg and integrate it into the mixture.

3: Gradually incorporate the flour and knead by hand until a homogeneous dough is formed.

4: Draw a circle on a sheet of parchment paper using a cup or mold, and cut the shape out.

5: Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper.

6: Remove the top layer of parchment and place the design of the bunny face onto the rolled dough; cut around the design and remove the excess dough.

7: Repeat the process for the second bunny face shape.

8: Place both dough shapes on a baking tray and pierce with a fork.

9: Use the remaining dough to create small cookies for decoration.

10: Bake the bases in a preheated fan oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.

11: Once baked, cool completely before preparing the filling.

12: In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese with powdered sugar, then fold in whipped cream.

13: Once the filling is ready, place it in a piping bag.

14: On a serving plate, place the first base and decorate with cream in small dollops.

15: Cover with the second base and decorate it with cream as well.

16: Decorate the entire surface with chocolate eggs and cookies.

17: Finally, sprinkle with a layer of pistachio crumbs.
