Crostata della Nonna

1: Prepare the crema by whisking the yolks and sugar in a bowl until combined.

2: Add the milk, cream, and vanilla seeds to the mixture.

3: Incorporate the flour and mix until uniform.

4: Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, then let cool.

5: For the frolla, mix softened butter with sugar in a bowl.

6: Add the yolk and let it incorporate.

7: Mix in the flour and knead the dough.

8: Roll out the pastry and place part of it as the base in a baking dish, pricking it with a fork.

9: Pour the crema onto the base and level it out.

10: Sprinkle pine nuts over the crema.

11: Use the leftover pastry to create strips for the tart.

12: Bake the crostata in a preheated ventilated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.

13: Take it out and let it cool.
