Delicious rolled lasagne filled with besciamella, prosciutto cotto, and scamorza affumicata, baked until golden and crispy. A perfect dish for any gathering!
Start by spreading the lasagne sheets out on a work surface and spread the besciamella, leaving about 1 cm from the edge.
Place a layer of thinly sliced cheese on top, followed by a layer of prosciutto cotto.
Roll the lasagne from the short side until you reach the end, and then cut it into 3 or 4 pieces based on how thick you want your rolls.
Prepare a baking dish by spreading a small layer of besciamella at the bottom and place all the lasagne rolls inside, cut side up.
Sprinkle the rolls generously with more besciamella and grated Parmigiano.
Drizzle a generous amount of extra virgin olive oil on top.
Bake the lasagne rolls in a preheated fan oven at 200° for about 30 minutes until a golden and crispy crust forms on top.
