Nocciolotti

1: Use soft butter at room temperature.

2: In a bowl, add butter and sugar, and mix until creamy.

3: Add the whole egg and mix until absorbed.

4: Mix in hazelnut flour and regular flour, first with a spoon, then knead by hand until homogeneous and compact.

5: Take small portions of dough and create balls of similar size.

6: Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and slightly spaced apart, pressing lightly to flatten.

7: Press a whole hazelnut into the center of each cookie.

8: Bake in a preheated fan oven at 180°C for about 10 to 15 minutes until cooked.

9: Remove from the oven and let cool completely before removing from the tray.
