Pollo velocissimo alle olive

1: Prepare the chicken by cutting it into pieces.
2: In a pan, heat the olive oil and add the chicken.
3: Season with salt and cook until golden.
4: Add the black and green olives to the pan.
5: Sprinkle the flour and mix well.
6: Pour in the white wine and let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
