Wash the zucchinis and slice them into thin rounds.
Boil a pot of lightly salted water and cook the sliced zucchinis for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Drain the zucchinis and dry them well with paper towels.
Roll out the puff pastry and lay the slices of cooked ham on it, keeping a couple of inches from the edge.
Add the cooked and dried zucchinis on top of the ham, followed by slices of Edamer cheese.
Roll the puff pastry from the long side and pinch to seal the edges.
Place the seam side down on parchment paper, make small cuts on the surface with a knife to prevent bursting while baking, and brush with milk.
Bake the roll with zucchini in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes, or until the pastry is cooked and golden.
Remove from the oven and wait a few minutes before serving.
